The big day is approaching and you want a mariachi at wedding. Here are some tips. This is just my point of view as a Mariachi musician who has been playing at weddings for over 15yrs every weekend.

Weddings and Mariachi
  1. Book in advance! You should book a mariachi yesterday. A good quality mariachi usually gets called months in advance. Most of the weddings are Saturdays. Dinner is from 4-7 pm. A lot of weddings and not enough mariachis to go around.
  2. Have a contract! Have contract! Its an important day, you want to make sure the Mariachi you hire shows up.
  3. Plan ahead. Mariachis usually have a 2 hr min with a 15min break. Try to plan any announcements or grand entrance during the break. Get the most out of your money.
  4. Talk to the venue in regards of vendors insurance. Few halls are requiring vendor insurance. We do have vendors insurance but its an additional cost of $100.
  5. Talk to hall to see what time do doors open. Hire mariachi accordingly.
  6. If you have a big hall we do offer sound system for a better experience.

*During Covid-19 pandemic terms and conditions have change and venues have certain guidelines and extra requirements.

We hope this tips help. Mariachi should not be another stress we are hired to perform and bring the party and set the mood for the rest of the day.
